Bridgewing Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the SecurePATIENT Intake platform and the website at SecurePatientIntake.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our services.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice name, and billing information necessary to provide the service.
Our platform processes patient intake data on behalf of healthcare providers who are HIPAA Covered Entities. This data is governed by the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between Bridgewing Inc. and the provider. We do not use PHI for any purpose other than providing the contracted service.
We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, and IP address. This data is used to improve the service and is not linked to patient health information.
We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, authentication, and analytics. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use the information we collect to provide and maintain the SecurePATIENT Intake service, process transactions and send billing notices, send service-related communications (intake invitations, reminders, status updates), improve the platform based on usage patterns, comply with legal obligations including HIPAA, and respond to customer support inquiries.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256), role-based access controls, regular security audits and penetration testing, audit logging of all data access, and secure infrastructure hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers.
Bridgewing Inc. acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA. We execute BAAs with all customers who process PHI through our platform. We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards as required by the HIPAA Security Rule.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or patient data. We may share information with service providers who assist in operating our platform (email delivery, SMS providers, hosting) under strict contractual obligations, or when required by law or legal process.
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations. Patient intake data is retained according to the terms of your BAA and applicable retention laws. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
